No, we are not real estate agents. We are just a small company with a passion for buying and selling vacant land!
What fees do you charge?
We don't charge any fees, however there are always title fees when buying or selling property. When you buy from us we'll wrap all costs into the final price so there are no "hidden" fees or surprises. If you sell your land to us we'll take care of all closing costs and title charges so that the offer you receive is the amount you'll get in your pocket!
Do you sell houses?
No, we don't sell houses or buildings. We focus exclusively on vacant land, however we can give you an offer on your land even if it has buildings or houses on it.
